1)
All tickets are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Duplicate transactions are also non-refundable because duplicate transactions prevent other customers from purchasing tickets. There will NOT be a refund for bus delay due to weather, traffic, and mechanical issue.

Customers can ONLY reschedule their tickets up to two hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Tickets cannot be rescheduled less than 2 hours prior to the departure time.
However, if the tickets are sold out we cannot reschedule the ticket even if it is 2 hours
or more prior to the departure time. Ticket can only be rescheduled to the same
route provided by the original bus carrier(Rescheduling fee may apply).
Ticket can be rescheduled up to four times.
3)
The ticket is ONLY valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
4)
If passengers miss their bus, they need to check with the office for assistance.
5)
Customers have to bring a Government issued photo ID and a printed copy/Email of the E-ticket to board.
6)
Customers' names on E-ticket have to match passengers' or one of the passengers' names.
7)
The printed copy of E-ticket must be signed by the customer as proof of boarding.

StarLineCoach.com assumes no responsibility for any claim for loss, theft, or damages of your personal belonging for the duration of travel.

**Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to others.
